btb99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and btb99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the btb99 website, all services available through it, and any related communications. By creating an account on btb99, depositing funds, placing any wager or using any game or feature on the platform, you are agreeing to these Terms in their entirety. • You may hold only one (1) btb99 account. Opening a second account — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off arrangement, whether requested by you on btb99 or through any third-party responsible gaming programme, at the time of registration or at any point while your account is active.
• You must use the account solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming. Using the account to process payments for third parties, conduct money transfers unrelated to your own gaming activity, or operate any automated or bot-assisted play is strictly prohibited.

btb99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Where documents are requested, account functionality — including withdrawals — may be restricted until verification is complete. btb99 will communicate the required documents clearly and process them as promptly as possible.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

btb99 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set out at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on btb99 unless a specific promotion states otherwise in writing:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for any offer will be clearly stated in the offer terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational gaming in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of btb99. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform. Violations of this clause may result in account closure and legal action.

Amendments and Governing Law

btb99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, btb99 will provide notice to registered account holders via the contact details held on account. If you continue to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

These Terms are drawn up in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
